1. Scope of Deliverables

  • ✓ End-to-end architecture and deployment of 3–5 custom automated workflows in n8n
  • ✓ Full Odoo 19 Cloud ERP trade stack deployment (CRM, Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Multi-currency Invoicing)
  • ✓ Dedicated self-hosted n8n workflow cluster on German ISO 27001 infrastructure (Hetzner)
  • ✓ Google Workspace sovereign synchronization (Drive document vault, automated Sheet exports, Gmail triage)
  • ✓ GoBD procedural documentation draft (§ 238, § 257 HGB) and 30 days hypercare support

3. Prerequisites & Infrastructure

Client Prerequisites: Domain DNS access for webhooks, Google Workspace admin, sample vendor/customer master records.

Infrastructure & Compliance: Hosted on dedicated German cloud infrastructure (Hetzner ISO 27001). Designed to support traceable operations and GoBD-aligned digital records (§ 238, § 257 HGB). Technical scoping supports public grant co-funding applications (e.g. Hamburg Digital Check, up to 50% of eligible advisory costs).
