SUBSIDIES & TERMS FAQ

Pricing & Grant Financing FAQ

Details on investment structures, grant reimbursement workflows, and contract terms.

How does the government grant reimbursement process work with IGNISON? +
Digitalization subsidies from IFB Hamburg (Digitalbonus / Hamburg Digital Check) and federal agencies (ZIM, BAFA) operate on an approved expenditure reimbursement model. IGNISON prepares the technical project plan, budget breakdown, and formal submission before project kickoff. Once approved by the granting authority, project execution commences. Following the 35–45 day rollout and milestone acceptance, the government authority disburses the non-repayable subsidy funds directly to your business bank account.
Are there any upfront consulting fees for grant application packaging? +
No. IGNISON structures grant packaging on a 100% success-contingent basis. We assess your company eligibility, structure the technical specification into qualifying work packages, and submit the filing at zero upfront advisory fee.
What is the payment schedule for Turnkey Implementation Packages? +
Turnkey packages (IGN-P01, IGN-P02, IGN-P03) are structured into milestone installments aligned with project deliverables: 30% upon contract signing and architecture approval, 40% upon ERP scaffolding and agent pipeline deployment, and 30% upon final production sign-off and grant documentation handover.
Can Managed Services retainers (IGN-R01..R03) also be subsidized? +
Certain ongoing process optimization and continuous AI engineering retainers qualify for secondary coaching subsidies or R&D tax incentives (such as the German Research Allowance / Forschungszulagengesetz FZulG, which covers 25%–35% of eligible internal engineering and external contract costs). We advise on eligible structures during the initial discovery assessment.
What happens if our company's grant application is delayed or rejected? +
Because we pre-screen company eligibility (commercial registration, SME employee/turnover thresholds according to the EU definition) prior to contract execution, our approval rate is exceptionally high. In the event of an administrative delay, project milestones can be adjusted, or payment milestones deferred until formal funding notification (Zuwendungsbescheid) is issued.
