Tier: Monthly Managed Services Retainer (€2,000/month) · Implementation: Monthly billing (Cancellable with 30 days notice after 3-month initial term)
1. Scope of Deliverables
- ✓ Continuous automated health monitoring and uptime verification for deployed n8n workflows
- ✓ Proactive error detection and resolution for active ERP webhook connections
- ✓ Up to 10 hours monthly engineering support for workflow tweaks, prompt adjustments, and maintenance
- ✓ Monthly operations digest detailing workflow executions, error rates, and system throughput
2. Milestones & Sign-Off
Continuous OperationsAutomated monitoring with 2 business days initial response target for support requests.
Monthly ReviewMonthly performance report and proactive operational health review.
3. Prerequisites & Infrastructure
Client Prerequisites: Active n8n / Odoo 19 deployment or completed IGNISON turnkey implementation.
Infrastructure & Compliance: Hosted on dedicated German cloud infrastructure (Hetzner ISO 27001). Designed to support traceable operations and GoBD-aligned digital records (§ 238, § 257 HGB). Technical scoping supports public grant co-funding applications (e.g. Hamburg Digital Check, up to 50% of eligible advisory costs).
