1. Operational Process Scope
Automated screening of corporate trade counterparties, suppliers, and consignees prior to order confirmation.
- Target Inputs: Customer legal name, country code, registration ID, VAT identification number.
- Validation Rules: Fuzzy-matching against EU Consolidated Financial Sanctions, OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN), and UN Security Council lists.
- Execution Outputs: Pass / Flag / Block webhook response, audit log entry, alert notification to compliance management.
2. Deterministic Guardrails & Governance
This module operates with bounded deterministic rule checking. All high-risk decisions require explicit human-in-the-loop authorization before committing changes to the production ledger.
Operational Limitations: Does not replace legal counsel. Serves as technical pre-screening filter with mandatory human sign-off on flagged matches.
Deployment Architecture: Orchestrated via self-hosted n8n cluster on dedicated German cloud nodes (Hetzner, ISO 27001). Connects to Odoo 19 ERP via secure API webhooks. Immutable JSON audit logging of all triggers and execution states.
