3. Prerequisites & Infrastructure
Client Prerequisites: Google Workspace admin credentials, Odoo 19 cloud access, sample business transaction files.
Infrastructure & Compliance: Hosted on dedicated German cloud infrastructure (Hetzner ISO 27001). Designed to support traceable operations and GoBD-aligned digital records (§ 238, § 257 HGB). Technical scoping supports public grant co-funding applications (e.g. Hamburg Digital Check, up to 50% of eligible advisory costs).
