1. Operational Process Scope
Algorithmic currency exposure monitoring across multi-currency purchase contracts and sales receivables.
- Target Inputs: ERP accounts payable and receivable in USD, EUR, GBP, CNH; live foreign exchange rates.
- Validation Rules: Net open position calculation, volatility thresholds, forward hedging schedule triggers.
- Execution Outputs: Daily treasury exposure digest, automated hedging recommendation alert to treasury officer.
2. Deterministic Guardrails & Governance
This module operates with bounded deterministic rule checking. All high-risk decisions require explicit human-in-the-loop authorization before committing changes to the production ledger.
Operational Limitations: Monitors agreed treasury indicators and prepares exposure reports for review. It does not execute direct bank trading or binding financial transactions.
Deployment Architecture: Orchestrated via self-hosted n8n cluster on dedicated German cloud nodes (Hetzner, ISO 27001). Connects to Odoo 19 ERP via secure API webhooks. Immutable JSON audit logging of all triggers and execution states.
